What types of products do you offer?
Splash of Charm specializes in handcrafted essential items, including key chains, drinkware, stickers and stationery, as well as tote bags and other accessories. Each piece is designed to add a unique touch of personality and charm to your day.
Are your products handmade?
We design the majority of our stationery and print and bind it as well. The majority of our products are handmade, which means they may exhibit slight imperfections due to the artisanal nature of their creation. This uniqueness contributes to the charm and individuality of each item. We are human after all. That being said, we do take pride in our products and will do our best to make them as perfect as possible.
What is your refund policy?
Please note that all of our products are non-refundable. This is for quality purposes as we could not resell something that was damaged prior to its resale, whether in transport or from being handled. We also do not accept returns, especially on drinkware and related items for sanitary purposes. The reason for this is that tumblers are made when ordered and we don't want to be left with unwanted stock. Please understand that by purchasing our products, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and we hope you understand our reasoning behind it.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy for defective items only. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Please do not send us a return without first contacting us as the return will not be accepted.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately with photographic proof of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it promptly. We are not liable for any damage to packages caused by the carrier.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges on purchases. If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy guidelines.
Do you offer cancellations?
If you choose to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing the order and before your items have shipped.
Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized items, or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently do not currently ship internationally. That may change in the future, and we will make sure it is known at that time.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping information via email at the address you provided when placing your order. Please ensure that your email address is correct to receive timely updates.
Can discount codes be stacked?
Discount codes cannot be combined. You will need to place multiple orders to take advantage of all of our discounts.
Are the Prop65 warnings about your products mean they are dangerous?
Out of an abundance of caution, we have chosen to add the warning. Remember the label warns against potential exposure and doesn't necessarily represent an immediate threat to your health and safety. Please see www.p65warnings.ca.gov for more information.

Shipping Policy
Currently ship only within the United States.
Our delivery times vary based on the chosen carrier and are estimated based on business days, excluding state and federal holidays. Most orders are fulfilled within 5-10 business days (not including weekends/holidays) or sooner for some items, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed once items are handed off to carriers. We are not liable for lost packages. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier.
Once items are handed off to carriers, arrival times are out of our control and Splash of Charm cannot be held responsible for the following:
- For chosen shipping carriers’ (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) mistakes such as lost packages, damage to packages, or delivery to incorrect addresses. For issues of this nature, please contact the carrier directly.
- For undeliverable packages when a customer provides an incorrect address.
- For issues related to PO Boxes or apartment/condos (multiple housing units) not having the ability to receive packages.
- For when packages or items are stolen after delivery.
We will make every effort to ensure that your delivery goes smoothly, but please understand that we cannot control the weather, accidents, or carrier mistakes. Having said that, what we can control is the time it takes to pack and ship your order, and most orders will be fulfilled, meaning ready to ship, within 5-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends).
Order confirmation and shipping information will be provided to you at the email address you provided when you placed your order.
